Blank Negatives

If your negatives come out completely blank (clear) after processing and have no markings on the edges, it means your developer failed. Generally one of the following has occurred:

The film is not recoverable at this point as all of the silver has been removed by the fixer.

If you can see edge markings that describe the film type, then you have a camera failure instead of a processing failure.
