Blank Negatives with Edge Printing

Your negatives have printing on the edges but no image? That means that the development process worked because the edge-printing is just an image that was exposed onto the film at the factory.

Your camera has failed to expose the film or your exposure settings are wildly wrong. Note that serious under-exposure will cause film to be blank; 3-4 stops under-exposure will mean only the highlights remain and with 8 stops under-exposure, it is likely there will be nothing on the film.
